After clicking the complete button in Requisition page, Page is getting time out,

We have one incomplete requisition of 33 lines and amount of above 203,625.75 USD. After clicking the requisition, when I am going to complete it ( clicking the 'complete' button ) , the page is loading. But at one point, the page got time out.I have 33 items saved in cart.

Do any one has any way out and also cause?

Please help me.
