Project get rejected

Hi All,

Anybody have an idea about how to overcome the project problem when the project budget status is get rejected whenever submit and baseline. i am getting a notification with the following error inculded in the comments  PAPA_BC_XLA_ERROR, i have been through the document no 1456447.1 but it doesn't provided a clear solution.

the current release of Oracle EBS is R12.1.3

your kind Advice is much appreaciated,
