Transaction Error records

Hi Experts,

We have been stucked up with many errors in CSI_TXN_ERRORS.(EBS version-11.5.9)
Need help on one of the major error.

Error description:

The source item instance XXXX, in Subinventory XXX,
for Organization XXX in Oracle Install Base does not exist.
Please verify that any receipt transations were successful.

I am attaching the list of source transaction type records those stucked up.

Please suggest process to clear the records for each transaction type.
