Hi All,

I am getting this error while stopping the application using adstpall.sh script but my db and listener are up and my apps credentials are correct.. can you please help me on this.

Executing service control script:
/u01/E-BIZ/inst/apps/PROD_vis01appsovm3/admin/scripts/adcmctl.sh stop
script returned:
****************************************************

You are running adcmctl.sh version 120.17.12010000.5


Database connection could not be established. Either the database is down or the APPS credentials supplied are wrong.
