Oracle ship dates

 Hi,
We are entering Standing Orders and Oracle is allowing ship dates to appear on holidays.  This will impact customer expectation as well as Distribution's day to day work load.
The holidays were entered in the system so the ship dates would not land on a holiday, and ship the day before.   The system is currently allowing us to enter on Christmas, New Years, etc.
This caused some significant issues at the end of 2012.

Holidays would need to be entered for at least the next 6 years.
