Sysadmin User create records in HR tables using the workflow

Dear All , 

I would like to ask when the sysadmin user do the approval Automatically and create records in the hr tables  

I have this case in absence: 

approval is 

( Ahmad ---- > Rame -------> Alaa ----- > Hane. ) 

Ahmad  submit the leave to Rame for approval 

Rame approve the request . 

when Rame approve the request system skip (Alaa,Hane) and send notification to Ahmad that his leave has been approved .

I return back to the absence  table, I found that this leave was created by sysadmin user. 

I repeat the same scenario again 

the approval works correctly.

and the absence created by (Hane)
