11.5.10.2 : Please confirm pre-requisites for patch 5373615

Please confirm pre-requisites for patch 5373615

Not sure if we have the prereqs – it’s a bit confusing as Note: 369386.1 states:
“A standalone Patch 5373615 also provides version 115.13  but can only be applied on top of 11i.FIN_PF.F/11i.AP.M.”

But the readme says:
“Patch must be applied over FP.G/11i.AP.N or higher .”

We have:
fin_pf  11i.FIN_PF.D(2629235)  
ap      11i.AP.M(3151444)

Not sure which is correct, the readme or the note, and if we need both the FIN and AP, or if it’s either/or. Also “FP.G” as mentioned in the readme doesn’t really make sense unless it’s a typo for 11i.FIN_PF.G?
