Error in the Buyer Work Centre for PO AME ??

 Hi ALL, Hope you all OK ...
Today i have done the setups for the AME PO APPROVAL i have followed all the basics , even then i am receving un expected type of error kind have a look and suggest me the possible ways to overcome this ???
