Batch report hangs at "Processing" state

Hello everyone,
I encountered an issue:
I have an order I would like to process using R42565 (our version) and when I submit it the reports "freezes" in wsj. It hangs at "processing" status and would process endless if Ihaven't terminated it. It happens only in one environment based on PROD schema (PD910 pathcode and PROD datasources. No PD910 environment in the system).

I have verified the environment settings andit looks ok. The version is also OK because it works in other environment and we have retransferred it again from DV910...

Can you please take a look at the jdedebug.log I attached and kindly advice what todo in this situation?
