Attribute type number null in operations msca

Hello,

We have did transactions with serial number with attributes caracter and numbers(c_atribute1,etc...,n_attribute1...). The transactions did by forms are ok, but, the transactions that did by msca the attributes type "number" are NULL
How we can solved this?
