Workflow after Opportunity reaches over 90 days old

Hello - I want to put in a workflow to notify the Owner that the Opportunity has reached over 90 days..

I understand how to trigger the "Wait Action" for the 90 days but just looking for the overall "Workflow Rule Condition" to make this all work.
