Cluster Verification Utility - Warning about VIP

Hi,

We are installing 11g RAC on Windows 2008 (VmWare)
We ran the cluvfy for pre crs installation and the output seems OK EXCEPT the following warning about VIP

"WARNING:
Could not find a suitable set of interfaces for VIPs"

we think that we can ignore this warning but wanted to make sure that we are all set to proceed with the RAC installation. So could someone please verify that for us?

The public IP is 10.10..160.x subnet and so are the VIPs
The Private IPs are 192.168.191.x network
