Cluster upgrade issue

We are trying to upgrade Sun Cluster 3.2 u2 to 3.3 via Live upgrade method.

While updating the new boot environemtn, the upgrade fails with below messages,

** Installing SunCluster 3.3 framework **
        SUNWscu.....done
        SUNWsccomu..done
        SUNWsczr....done
        SUNWsccomzu..done
        SUNWsczu....failed

On checking further, we noticed that one of the  zones has the below lofs mount in zone configuration.

 dir: /usr/cluster/lib/rgm
        special: /usr/cluster/lib/rgm
        raw not specified
        type: lofs
        options: []

We are not using zone cluster. Do we need this lofs mount. 

One more point to note is that the zones used in this cluster has exclusive IP's.
