Extract changes to an asset

Hi Experts,
The project is to implement R12.1.3 and the client requirements are as follows 

Every month provide an extract of  movement in each asset information to corporate . Eg. report additions, adjustments, transfers, retirements etc for each asset including the opening and closing balances.


We have the cost detail and reserve detail report that provide such output. But if i have to extract that information in a file based on gl account and asset number, how should i go about doing it.


Please share your suggestions and questions if you need me to clarify the question further.
