Creating a VNIC for a zone configured in a Guest LDOM on solaris 11.1

 Solaris 11.1 with the latest patches, VM server for Sparc 3.X with th latest patches. two LDOMs configured Primary and a Client.
in the Client LDOM to network devices built on a vsw connected to an aggregate. One zone built, and installed but unable to configure a nic for it. IP Exclusive, anet wont configure to either network device. 

tried to build a VNIC to the network devices on the LDOM to no effect. I have no idea what's wrong, 

Please help, very frustrated.
