P051121 - Time Entry by employee

Hi, I am Planning to start rolling out P051121 - Time entry by employee application for Equipment Orders ( type-04 in P40040) for equipments owned by us.

The scenario is
  1. Till now we have been using P12110 - Equipment time entry for booking the labor cost with Subledger as Maintenance order Number, and it has been updated as other cost.
  2. We are not having Standard payroll practiced and we are having Completely customized HR Module running which is developed as per our company policies.However we are having employee address number for all of our employees.

So, I need guidance in right from start of setting up till  Maintenance orders labor reporting purposes and update through R13800.
