PIMSI Web Service Connector for Exchange 2010

All,After successfully upgrading our Siebel environment to 8.1.1.7 and Exchange Server 2003 to 2010 following to configure the Web Service connector for Exchange 2010 as described in the bookself "Siebel Server Sync Guide". I start the PIMSI Engine and Dispatcher conponents and begin to test the synchronization between Siebel and Exchange 2010 with a user listed in the User Map but the result was negative, nothing happens!
Then I have checked the logifle unfortunately i can not find anything about the Web Service connector. Now i am very confused about this does somebody have any ideas how to validate the connector and the connection between Siebel and Exchange 2010?
