Is there any automatic way to clear a lot of checks?

Hi, GurusPlease help us in this issue
We have a lot of checks and we want to manual clear them in a maximum GL date 31/12/2012 to have all banks accounts are empty to have a new Go life on our Production sever, so is there any way to clear these checks through a automatic way ?
