latest CPU patches includes previous CPU patches or not

Hi All,
Recently I have applied the October 2012 released CPU patch for E-Business Suite in our DEV instance. And yet to apply this cpu patch in  Production.
By the time already the Jan 2013 cpu patch has been released.
Hence now can I apply the recent Jan'13 cpu patch in my instances and NO need to apply the previous oct'12 cpu patches?
if so whether the latest cpu patch will contain the previous cpu patches?
Please clarify this. thank you.
