How to get details of on hand and in transit qty with sql query.

Hi,
We have around 90 organizations, please help me with sql query to get oh-hand and in-transit qty as on specific date. If i run the query till 31-Dec-2012 i should get on-hand qty and intransit qty as on 31-Dec-2012.

In-transit mean stock shipped out from one inventory organization though IR / ISO or IOT but not yet received at other inventory organization.
