patch 6678700 failed on script ar120cbupi.sql with a constraint violation error

Hi All
I am getting the below error while doing patching ... I'm applying patch 6678700 (upgrade R12.1.1 to R12.1.3) and
patch failed on script ar120cbupi.sql  with the following error on adworker log file

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/app/ebsr12/apps/apps_st/appl/ar/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/ar120cbupi.sql &un_ar &batchsize 8 8
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.AR_CASH_BASIS_DISTRIBUTIONS_U1) violated
ORA-06512: at line 28
