Objects that are most accessed - 10.2.0.4

Hi,
We have a couple of 10.2.0.4 database and we are trying to find the top 20 most accessed
application objects (on average) in our database. What will be the most appropriate method
to get this list? i.e. the one that give us most accurate count. One of the database is S.E so we cannot
use AWR or any related views so we would need the options outside of AWR as well
