patch 6678700 failed on script biv_b_age_h_sum_mv.xdf ORA-54015

Hi
I am getting the below error while doing patching ... I'm applying patch 6678700 (upgrade R12.1.1 to R12.1.3) and
patch failed on script biv_b_age_h_sum_mv.xdf  with the following error on adworker log file

Start time for statement above is Wed Dec 19 03:11:35 CET 2012
Exception occured  ORA-54015: Duplicate column expression was specified
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_MV", line 131
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_MV", line 289
ORA-06512: at line 1
