patch 6678700 failed on script fem_bal_nacc_hier_l2_mv.xdf ORA-54015

Hi
I am getting the below error while doing patching ... I'm applying patch 6678700 (upgrade R12.1.1 to R12.1.3) and
patch failed on script fem_bal_nacc_hier_l2_mv.xdf  with the following error on adworker log file

FndXdfCmp.class with arguments '&un_apps &pw_apps &un_apps &pw_apps &jdbc_protocol &jdbc_db_addr mview &fullpath_biv_patch/115/xdf_biv_b_age_h_sum_mv.xdf &fullpath_fnd_patch/115/xdf_xsl &un_inv &un_eni &un_biv'.

Exception occured  ORA-54015: Duplicate column expression was specified
ORA-06512: at "APPS.AD_MV", line 131
