iRecruitment Communication Notification

We use iRecruitment version 12.1.3.  We are exploring the Communication feature.  Currently, as a recruiter, I can only view communications if I access the individual applicant.  I was wondering if there was a way to display all communications received in my worklist, where all my other notifications are displayed (ie:  timecard notifications, etc.). 

I found a note on My Oracle Support (1145308.1) that described a system profile option IRC: Notification List Item Types in Profile field to check and we have it filled in like the note states, but the communications are not displaying anywhere except in the vacancy details.
