ADI when there are errors in some rows for upload, remaining rows upload

Hi,We are on Oracle 12.1.3 using Web ADI for GL journal import.  I have users who are attempting to upload a journal and run into a coding error, so the worksheet gives them a sad face (no request id number).  But, the lines prior to the error are placed in the gl_interface table.  The user then corrects their issue and uploads again.  The journal is then processed adding the lines in the gl_interface table, therefore looking like some lines are doubled.  This does not happen everytime.  I cannot reproduce it on demand.  But, it has been happening frequently.  I have
