system unable to do anything when find from PO Receipt

when i find the result from PO receipt, if i firstly choose the checkbox, then i can do anything such as choose location, choose requestor....

but if i firstly focus on others, such as location, i can not choose it, i also can not do anything in Oracle, it seems all functions fail to open or operate, i also can not switch responsibility.......

i have to close all oracle IE to close all, then re-open and login again.

anyone can help me on this strange problem?
