Bulk Orders and ACR499

Hi,

is any customer using bulk orders without having ACR499 appiied?

Is the following correct?

·         With ACR499 we can use bulk orders with Quotes

·         Without ACR499 we can only use bulk orders with Orders

 

is the following statment correct? If the customer does not need the ACR499 enhancements (like apply promotion products, agreement products,..) then there is no need to apply ACR499.

Or is it always recommended to apply ACR499 when using "bulk orders"?
