Merged Patches 9214034 & 14195607 Now Receive PLS-00306 Error on SEARCH_CUSTOMERS

We are unable to compile the package body for ARW_PAGES after we applied 2 patches 9214034, 14195607.
This error corresponds to the patch 14195607.
Last month, we have applied both the patches independently and did not notice any issues, but when they are applied together, we are unable to compile the above package body.
