EM12c Linux Patching Help. ERROR: Execution failed due to binary missing or permission issues

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
 Hi,
I'm very new to EM.
This is my first time using EM12c.

I downloaded the template and deployed it on Oracle VM for x86.

I configured my credentials (I think)
Got the agents installed on the target (in my case a OL 6.2 VM)
I have telemetry data from the box so I know I had the sudo and agent running OK.
I configured the linux yum repository.
I created a patch group.
Created a patch job but it fails:
