Hi,

6678700  R12.1 American English upgrade driver patch error. see below errors.

Please provide possible solution to this?

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

 

           FAILED: file OKLIAADD.wft on worker  3.

           FAILED: file ircntf.wft   on worker 18.

           FAILED: file PAPWPARN.wft on worker 20.

           FAILED: file user7007897.ldt on worker 33.

 

On worker Log33 has error:

Uploading from the data file /db/qicdata1/R12QICP/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/user7007897.ldt

Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/db/qicdata1/R12QICP/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afscursp.lct(120.4.12010000.2), /db/qicdata1/R12QICP/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/user7007897.ldt) to staging tables
