US PAY: NM SUI - DWS rejected our file that was in new format

NM SUI format has recently changed.  We have the new format in our system but the state rejected the file.  Our tax team has received the following feedback -
I have been told that the reason that we are getting the error is because we have more than 1000 employees and typically we are then required to use the .csv format or the .xml format.
