Centralized AWR Repository

We are considering implementing Centralized AWR  Repository for an Insurance Firm, however we are still not convinced of any benefits we are going to derive from it. We currently store snapshot for 30 days and are currently do not see a need to store it longer than 30 days. We have about  31 databases (dev,test,stag,prod), no RAC and each databases perform different functions, therefore we do not see any need to compare 2 different databases.

Is there any benefits that we are missing from not using Centralized AWR based on the scenario I mentioned above.
