Reg: Position Hierarchy
Hi,
We have a situation and looking for help/suggestions. We have a position based approval hierarchy to approve 'Purchase Requisitions' and 'Purchase Orders'. The top position is held by the 'General Manager'. (GM). The GM has left the organization and his position is empty. The next person to take up his position shall join a month later. We need a solution for the interim period.
Example:
Clerk1 > Operations Mgr > Vice President > GM
Clerk2 > GM
Buyer > Supervisor > Operations Mgr > VP > GM
Admin Assistant > GM
Here Clerk1 reports into Operations Mgr who reports into VP who reports into the GM. We have direct reports like the Admin Assistance to the GM as well.
