Changing prices on open POs

We're on v 11.5.10 and don't use sourcing rules or catalogs. We have many open POs ordering items with very long lead times (eg 3 or 4 years into the future). We receive notice of price increases and the current method is to change the prices on any open PO manually and reapprove. Is there an automated way to have open POs look at the current pricing in the item master and change the PO prices accordingly?
