Patch 9000001 failure

 Hi,

Apps 12.1.1


Customer has originally  requested for patch 12376119.R12.FV.B.
This patch has been deleted by development

Patch patch 12376119.R12.FV.A is made available as customers on R12.0.x version of apps were facing issue with 9000001:R12.FV.A patch.

Development has responded with following update when supported requested one off for R12.1.x

@  As per developer comments ("04/29/11 11:25 am") in
@  bug: 12376119
@  "12.1 customers will not have the same problem since the
@   correct file is already present in 9000001:R12.FV.B."

@  No need for a new one-off patch. 

 Patch 9000001:R12.FV.B should not fail for R12.1.1 customers.

Based on it suggested applying  9000001:R12.FV.B and this is failing.
