Issues with PM Engine

If the scheduled start date is behind the horizon start date, the PM engine simply ignore the WO and we have to wait for the next cycle for the WO to be generated, which could be far away. We have the “implement from horizon date checked in EAM parameter so that we don’t have any duplicate WOs

So is there a way to capture the WO that are missed by the PM engine because the scheduled date is past due?
