Operating Unit in Service Request
When we create a Service Request forj the "Create Service Request" screen, the operating unit(org_id) is stamped on it. But when we create the Service request from the "Create Repair Order" screen from the same responsibility, the operatig unit is not stamped on it(it is null). We have multiple operating units in our system
Can someone indicate if there are different profile/set up governing the operating unit stamped from 2 different screens.
