Unit selling price over ride through oe_order_pub.process_order

 Hi,
I have a requirement to create a new   RMA sales order with (CUSTOM unit price i.e the price will comes from stibo and stores in line_level attribute3)

i need to create a new RMA with the price which is on the standard line but i am failing to create the order with custom price

any help would be very help full
