Custom COORD_OP based on NTv2 and new grid file SPED2ETV2.gsb

Hello,

One of our customers has the need to use the EPSG coordinate transformation ED50 to WGS 84 (41) - EPSG:15933. This seems to be missing from the onboard CRS's in Oracle Spatial.
So I tried to create a custom COORD_OP using the appropriate Method (EPSG::9615 Name: NTv2) and the correct grid file: SPED2ETV2.gsb.
Does anybody know how I can introduce the custom grid file to Oracle Spatial? Where are the other grid files located? Can I just add another one to the server?
