After patching autoconfig error

EBS 12.1.3
Patch 10040337 applied on web node in dmz. 
Autoconfig got error:

        Attempting upload of Context file and templates to database...ERROR: InDbCtxFile.uploadCtx() : Exception : Error executng BEGIN fnd_gsm_util.upload_context_file(:1,:2,:3,:4,:5); END;: 1; The element ORACLE_HOME oa_var=s_web_oh is missing from the context file /opt/oracle/webinst/apps/PROD_selfserve/appl/admin/PROD_selfserve.xml.  The context file upload will not continue.
