Oracle Webcenter Portal Activity Stream Taskflow integration with Webcenter Spaces Profile

Hi 

Our issue is : If actors(users) or objects(documents, etc ) is clicked in Webcenter Portal, it should redirect to appropriate user's Page in Webcenter Spaces

Detailed Scenario -> User A posted a Message on User B's Wall (Activity trace in webcenter portal)

If anyone who sees this trace and clicks on User A it should get redirected to User A's profile in Webcenter Spaces, But currently it is getting redirected to a Profile gallery taskflow.

Is there a way / workaround for this?
