Asset capitalization between legal entities

Hi Gurus,

Our client is in version 11.5.10

His requirement is as follows:

Equipments will be shipped from Legal entity A to legal entity B, where B will be errecting for its client.

So basically asset will be created in A books.

Now errection cost has to be capitalized, via project execured in LE B, to the asset which is actually in A books.

Is this possible, using standard out of box feature?

If yes, please provide steps.
