FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change. (Purchase Order Form)

Hi All,

Multiple users are getting the following error when autocreating Requisitions to Purchase Orders and when amending a Purchase Order queried through Purchase Order Summary.

FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

Issue is happening for a lot of created Requisitions, but not all.
Suspected it may relate to trailing spaces or special characters, but have cleared all trailing spaces and applied Patch 14843648 - error still occurs.

Anyone have any further ideas/suggstions?
