In Requisition Account Generator , Responsibility_Id attribute is not getting populated

Hi,In the standard Requisition Account Generator process , the Responsibility_id attribute is not returning the current responsibility details from where the account generator is launched.
I need to use the requisition id to customize the existing requisition account generator to derive the accounts based on businesss specific rules based on responsibility_id.

Could you please let me know on how to get the responsibility id dynamically set.
