URGENT.  Please help me resolve this so I can complete the upgrade.  I need the fix today.  My consultants are waiting on me.

I have just completed an upgrade of an 11.5.10.2 instance to 12.1.3.  I ran the Patch Wizard and it identified 400+ patches that need applying to my system.  I downloaded them and merged them together.  I am running the patch driver now and getting an error every time FNDLOAD runs using an *.ldt file.  This is the error I get in the log files:

A syntax error occurred at line 850 in file /u01/oracle/prod/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afsload.lct
