Tunning Database by statspack

hello gurus,

I have a database in version 10.2.0.5 and i have an application which connect on database by jdbc.

I have executed a statspack during almost 1 hours. I see 2 queries which are executed 5,169,546 times and other 6,732,284
i would like show to the developper's user that it's not normal that this 2 queries are executed plenty of time during 1 hour.
could you confirm it ? and maybe modify the parameter of java like the pool, or sqlprepare, or a loop in the a program in java ?
