ORA-7445 and oracle crash, I'm not sure if it is related to bug [ID 1246274.1]

 my Database is 10.2.0.4today the database crashed,
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgllkal()+5620] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x000000018] [] []
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1115], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

I search in here that it may be related to bug [ID 1246274.1]
But I am not sure.

who can help me to confirm it, thank you very much.
