How I can know that I've updated the BIP?

Hello, I have installed the version of BIP 11.1.1.6.0 and I applied the following patch 


Patch 14630670: UPDATE FOR BI PUBLISHER ENTERPRISE 11.1.1.6.X SEPTEMBER 2012

But the bugs that I thought would be solved in this release have not been fixed, I think I have not updated correctly, and in the login screen has not changed version (attached image)

As I can see that I have applied the patch right?
