R12.0.4 : Patch 13774477 got stuck during application.

hi,
We are applying the Patch 13774477 and during Form Compilation, its hanged. We have three Instances (PROD, TEST, DEV) on single Machine. And due to Hang of TEST Patch, we got interpution in PROD instance. I have to confirm that is there any Pre-Requisite which we are missing or some Patch issue or Hardware issue due to 3 instances.
